CCG01 aluminum tube accumulator is a necessary equipment in automatic aluminum tube machine line.
The high speed aluminum tube machine line is a set of advanced automatic machine line. In order to maximize the efficiency of the equipment, two or three sets of accumulators are set especially in the production process. The inter-mediate accumulator can act as temporary storage and compensate the difference in the speed of equipment operation, thus making the machine line run more smoothly and efficiently.
The accumulator is controlled intelligently by PLC, which has multiple running schemes. The accumulator makes the machine line in the most efficient operation and improve the overall operation efficiency of the machine line.
