RTSM-BD series pin type agitator bead mill with dynamic gap separator is designed for micron/sub-micron/nano-scale grinding. Outlet separator with dynamic/static gap offers the ability of handling medium/high viscosity materials. The high-efficiency pin type agitator is designed with the principles of fluid mechanics and our abundant experience, suitable for handling cases with various material viscosity, particle size, grinding fineness and grinding process.

- Stable operation: our self-developed mechanical seal provides great sealing performance and stability; you can choose proper coolant according to processed material, with our sealing design you don’t have to worry about material pollution from coolant or other things from outside.
- User friendly: Root’s exclusive drive system adjustment design grants great convenience for service and maintenance; fast & convenient pipeline connection/disconnection; defroster is equipped to ensure stable operation in cold regions; Filter unit at product inlet prevents jamming issues caused by material impurity.
- Wide viscosity range: with dynamic-gap outlet separator, maximum material viscosity the bead mill could handle is up to 20000cps.
- Self-protection system: running status (water pressure, gas pressure, millbase pressure, liquid level, product inlet temperature, product outlet temperature, etc.) is monitored by the self-protection system, operation will stopped and alarm will be triggered if abnormality is detected.
