Features
· The feeding speed of the linear profile sander can be adjusted. The maximum speed is 42m/minute, giving the sanding machine a high production efficiency.
· The sanding head utilizes a frequency control to meet different sanding requirements.
· The wooden door sanding machine is equipped with an auto compensation device. Users can set the compensation value based on the sanding wheel consumption and the workpiece's sanding length in order to achieve precision compensation.
· The top clamp is a multi-section and a multi-angle clamp, which makes feeding of the workpiece smoother and more stable.
· The side clamp utilizes rollers to prevent workpiece shaking and banding when processing.
· Adjustment of the profile sander is easy, and changing of the work piece can be done quickly to ensure a high production efficiency, an excellent grinding performance and reduced production costs.

Device Introduction:
(S) 600 Type Triangle Sander | The triangle sander is suitable for flat sanding on a wood line, and the arc position can create shaped moldings for sanding. The maximum sanding width is 80mm (users can choose 130mm), and the length of the sanding belt is 2000mm. The automatic oscillation prevents deviation of the sanding belt, and the triangle sander head's movement is flexible to avoid catching or getting the workpiece stuck in the machine. The sander's angle can be adjusted, to better fit the curvatures of a workpiece. The sanding belt is controlled by a frequency motor, and the linear speed is 0-20m/minute, making it suitable for sanding of white body wood, or primers on solid wood, MDF, gypsum, aluminum or other materials. |
