Water Seal Gate Valve
Water seal gate valve is applicable in controlling and regulating water, steam, or non-corrosive gas pipelines whose working temperature is lower than 400℃ or 550℃, and nominal pressure is no more than 4.0MPa. It is especially suitable for the vacuum condensing system of thermal power station.
Main features
1. Structure: water seal gate valve employs a water circulation sealing structure, which isolates the system from air when water with a pressure of 0.6~1.0MPa enters the pipeline, ensuring the air tightness of the system
2. Connection manner: by socket, flange, or welding
3. Driving: manually or electrically
4. DS/Z series sluice valve adopts double-seated bidirectional soft seal, featuring flexible, swift, and reliable operation; the valve stem and disc is connected in an unfixed way; the valve disc is mounted on the seat vertically; and the valve is designed with small stroke and height
5. This flow control valve features simple and compact structure, easy maintenance, and long service life
6. When applying valve in pipeline, it should be kept at fully open or closed state. Flow adjustment operation is not accepted
7. The valve's material, flange, and dimension are optional according to clients' actual needs
8. Optional material: CF8M, CT8, CF3M, CF3, and WCB
