This kind of chucking tool does not need manual adjustment on the machine tool and it can achieve a quick interchange between collet and collet or collet and workpiece. The off time of machine tool can be reduced from 20 minutes to 2 minutes at least, decreasing 90 percentage of machine shutdown time, which largely improves working efficiency and its repositioning precision can be smaller than 0.002mm.
Zero point clamping system is used in autoimmunization production lines and automatic pallet changing system, realizing fully automatic production of factory.
