WH350 Non-scratch hot melt coater is specially designed for the manufacture of transparent film tapes such as BOPP and PET. This hot melt coating equipment has the following features:
- Adopting a PLC control system with touch screen HMI provides easy operation and high automation.
- Wear resistant alloy steel coating head is utilized.
- The non-scratch coating head is driven by a servo motor, ensuring stable operation and smooth coating surface.
- The tension at the rewind station is controlled by a servo motor, providing excellent tension control.
- The hot melt coating equipment is equipped with a high precision gear metering pump, allowing for stable adhesive feeding especially at high and low speed.
- The synchronous belt drive ensures stable operation at high speed, and low noise.
