Feed Conveying Machine
FCM provides a wide variety of feed conveying machines for use in transfer of feed materials during feed processing.
This flight conveyor, also known as scraper chain conveyor runs steadily, quietly and lasts long. There is a tension adjusting device installed in back to suit the feed conveyor for various conveying needs. Various inlet and discharge ports are present along the scraper conveyor to facilitate loading and unloading. Unique scraper design scrapes residual material over the bottom of the casing.
Scraper conveyor of TGSU series is suitable for transporting powdery and granular materials on level ground. This flight conveyor or scraper chain conveyor is widely used in rice mills, feed mills, premixed feeds processing, light industries and chemical engineering applications.
U-shaped trough houses inside wear-resistant scrapers that ensure minimize residual material is left inside the trough.
The screw is available in one of two configurations, either variable pitch fixed diameter, or fixed pitch variable diameter. An anti-bridging device can be installed upon request to ensure a constant supply of material into the trough. This screw conveyor, also known as auger conveyor or screw feeder, is especially suitable for use with batching scale as well as rotary distributor.
Rubber covering technology is adopted for head pulley to increase friction coefficient and improve the driving efficiency of our bucket elevator; height of discharging section of head is increased, thus extending the materials discharging time. And it is fitted with outlet adjusting baffle plate and buffer chamber to effectively reduce the returning of materials.
