The latexing machine is connected with the discharge trough of the tube capping machine. The suction drum is responsible for suctioning the aluminum and moving it to the gluing station. The spray gun head enters the tube, and will then spray a circle of sealant once a signal is received. The circle diameter ranges from 5 to 8mm at the end of the aluminum tube.
