This air-cooled screw chiller is equipped with a screw compressor which, upon adiabatic compression, causes the refrigerant to reach high pressure and temperature. After that, the refrigerant enters the evaporator and absorbs the heat from the material and becoming a gas again at lower pressure and temperature. The newly-formed gas then travels back to the compressor, thus beginning the cycle anew. Instead of requiring an external condenser to operate, this type of chiller uses its own air-cooled condenser to release heat into the air.
This air-cooled screw chiller is designed and manufactured using our own reinforced air-cooled compressor and highly efficient evaporator and condenser, granting it a remarkable COP of more than 3.2. Furthermore, this air-cooled screw chiller also has heat recovery capabilities. It is ideal for many types of commercial buildings, such as hotels, malls, and offices.
Introducing a comprehensive cooling capacity of 75kW up to 1000kW, and offering diverse refrigerant options for example, R1234ze, R134a or otherwise. Outlet temperature of 5-20 degrees.

- The renowned imported twin screw series compressor features gears with a teeth ratio of 5:6, with other leading linear planning components that ensure the highest level of energy-efficiency, performance, and efficient control of the active valve energy. Either graded or stepless adjustment available, which offers a balanced planning, as well as super static and stable operation.
- The air-cooled screw chiller requires no extra water cooling systems, pumps, or towers. The operation only requires a good air flow. This not only saves on materials, but also cuts down greatly on installation costs.
- The air-cooled screw chiller is constructed with a fin type condenser made of blue hydrophilic aluminum sheets, designed by professional heat exchanger manufacturers. The chiller is compact, small in size, and lightweight, with high heat exchange efficiency. Additionally, it is equipped with a low-speed, large-blade axial flow fan to effectively lower operating noise and reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.
- The advanced PLC program controller used in this air-cooled screw chiller provides a HMI that utilizes a generous and large touch screen that is intuitive and simple to use, making the operation smooth and convenient.
