Chilled water system for commercial applications
The 20STB series water chillers are specially designed to cool processes of commercial applications, and are designed with a chilled water storage tank and a chilled water circulating pump, which can be used in parallel or modules with multiple units and installed to the production workshop. The 20WXI and above models, specifically, feature multiple compressors for multi-stage energy regulation, guaranteeing an optimal cooling experience.
The scroll chiller is available in three different types - open, box, and modular - to cater to a range of requirements. The box unit has undergone a galvanized sheet paint process to provide superior protection, including measures for reducing noise and dust, ensuring exceptional security. The modular variant is designed to offer multi-level regulation capabilities, providing flexible and efficient cooling solutions.
This 20STB series water-cooled chiller is designed with purpose and precision, featuring a powerful brand compressor and electronic control components combined with an energy-efficient shell and tube condenser, evaporator and microcomputer technology. In addition, it comes with a variety of protection functions and offers reliable, long-lasting performance even with multiple machines in parallel/module. Suitable for hotels, shopping malls, office buildings and other commercial buildings, the chiller is available in WO open and WC type boxes and operates with an outlet temperature of 5-20℃, refrigerants R410a/R407c/R134a and a refrigeration range of 25 kW to 308 kW.

Heat recovery
The chiller's condensing heat, typically released into the atmosphere via a cooling tower, can now be effectively harnessed. With the heat recovery technology, heat absorbed during cooling can be transferred to the building, providing hot water where needed. During the cooling season, the heat recovery unit can provide free hot water above 50°C, utilizing up to 30-100% of the cooling capacity for heat recovery.
Simultaneous cooling and heating
This unit offers a two-in-one chiller and heater that optimizes cooling and heating needs, providing a novel and environment-friendly way of conserving energy. With simultaneous cooling and heating capability, the unit reduces power consumption, thereby increasing its Coefficient of Performance (COP) value.

This product makes use of a variety of anti-corrosive measures, through its materials i.e. copper foil and stainless steel sheet, or through its processes such as electrophoresis and spraying. This guarantees protection against erosion in any corrosive environment.
