This air-cooled magnetic bearing chiller offers exceptional efficiency and is easy to operate. It's equipped with an advanced evaporator and high-performance condenser designed and produced in-house, and runs on our low-energy, low-noise external rotor fan. For precise temperature control with an accuracy of ±0.1°C, the compressor is frequency-converted and can be controlled. The cooling capacity of the unit is 857 kW, and its chilled water outlet has a temperature range of 5-20°C. Additionally, non-standard units are available to satisfy any customized requirements. This air-cooled chiller can operate normally even in adverse environments, from -5 to 43°C, making it suitable for all kinds of small and medium-scale commercial and industrial facilities.
- The cooling capacity of this chiller spans 420-7800kW, providing water at temperatures as low as 5°C. We supply standard models, but also customize non-standard products to fit customers’ individual needs. Furthermore, we manufacture chillers for seawater and other sources.
- Two-stage centrifugal compression sets a new bar for efficiency and stability. It utilizes a system economizer to add an extra level of compressor performance, increasing cooling output up to 10%. Further, its design provides even greater stability and safety than conventional centrifugal chillers.
- The DC frequency conversion motor helps optimize efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
- A high-efficiency, refrigerated cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor is able to run at rapid speeds. Its efficiency is impressive, reaching a maximum 97%.
- Equipped with a soft starter that causes only a small 2A current, this chiller doesn't put a strain on the grid. Add to that its efficient heat exchanger that provides optimal performance - this is a top-of-the-line device you can depend on.
- Utilizing independent research and production, H. Star can create and implement high-performance heat exchangers, in combination with the electronic expansion valve and liquid level sensor to monitor and regulate liquid levels and maintain maximum efficiency during heat exchange operations.
- The IPLV rating for this chiller is up to 10.7 and its partial load COP value is greater than 13.
