Our PE cast film line can produce 2000mm wide tri- or five-layer cast film efficiently thanks equipped 3 screws. In order to ensure the high quality, all components on the PE cast film line are sourced through internationally known suppliers who have worked with us for years, like PLC from Mitsubishi and a touch pad from PROFACE. The overall power consumption ratio of this line is 0.4 KWH/KG. The line speed is up to 380m/min with output between 0.4 to 0.5t film per hour. It has won wide welcome recognition no matter in terms of work efficiency or the stability of finished film through years of upgrade.
