Monoblock Directional Control Valve

Within the array of six monoblock directional control valve series, the GDV80 emerges with a flow range of 25 to 170 L/min, tailored for comprehensive hydraulic system requirements. This series offers a wide selection of spool options, meticulously designed to control double-acting cylinders, single-acting cylinders, and hydraulic motors. The GDV80's capability to accommodate various hydraulic functions makes it a versatile and essential component for ensuring precise and responsive control in a multitude of applications.

Features

  • Valve body is manufactured from integral grey cast iron.
  • Spring capr, mechanical detent cap and electro-hydraulic driver module are made from die-cast aluminum.
  • Parallel circuit: each section has a check valve, optional overload valve for inlet port.
  • Electric, hydraulic remote, manual and wire pulling method are optional.
  • Optional power beyond.
  • Can be changed into closed center system.
  • Optional mechanical positioning with adjustable positioning force.
  • Spool with various functions is available: for controlling dual-acting cylinder or single-acting cylinder, spool for hydraulic motor.
  • Small operating force and excellent flow characteristics.
  • Achievable proportional control (without pressure compensation).
  • Spool number: 1 - 6 is available.
