With 170KVA power, this resistance welding system is used to weld aluminum plates with a thickness of 1.8+1.8mm and iron plates with a thickness of 3.5+3.5mm. Compared to an AC resistance spot welding machine, this resistance welding system has a better energy saving performance. Its 480mm long arm is used for welding of large workpieces, though we also offer customization services for longer arms. During the continuous welding process, the heat output of the welding machine will increase with the operation period. For normal operation, a cooling water is used to cool the welding system, with a water flow of 25L/minute.
