1. Scan QR code to start washing, unattended operation
Scan QR code to select suitable washing mode, follow the instruction to get prepared, then start car-washing, very convenient operation. -
2. 4-th gen opto-electronic sensor technology
The car is scanned by the opto-electronic sensor with high precision before entering the washing system, gets its shape measured for PLC to manipulate the top brush. -
3. Top brush fixed on double arm
Top brush is moved with double arm. The brush gets lifted by air cylinder, moves down by free falling via adjusting counterweight. By contact and interact between rotating top brush and the car, the top brush keeps fitting the shape of the car roof and washing efficiently.
