Working Principle

The reverberatory furnace is utilized to melt non-ferrous metals like aluminum and zinc alloys. It is especially suitable for cooperative use with die casting machines for melting and holding secondary aluminum scrap.

  • The material poured in the molten bath will not stick to the aluminum, which effectively controls the penetration of the molten metal into the material.
