Custom Extrusion Plastic Clip for Seat Assembly System
Dongping Plastic provides extrusion plastic clips for seat assembly, and the clip can even be sewn onto the car seat cover. The fabric and plastic clip are formed through an extruding machine, and replace J-clips sewn into the fabric. This ensures a more efficient, lower cost mass production.
According to the integral seat structure and design, Dongping Plastic will produce a variety of extrusion plastic clips, including plastic J clips, plastic I clips, plastic seat inside tubing, seat cover clips, extruded plastic profiles, flexible seat clips and more.
The automotive seat component extrusion strip clip is sewed directly onto the seat cover. It buckles the seat frame to fix the seat cover.

We have passed the ISO/TS16949 auto quality certification system. Our seat component extrusion strip clips are made of PP, PE, PP/PE, PVC and mesh cloth. They are nontoxic, odorless, durable, and feature a high degree of fire resistance. After testing, the burning rate is 38mm/min. Strip clips can be used for 20 years and needle-punched nonwoven fabrics can be used more than 20 years. We will test the products for appearance and density of each batch before shipment. If their inspections are qualified, we will issue certificates.
