Project scopes
The project scopes include production line layout, engineering design, equipment selection and configuration, ventilation design and dust removal systems, material flow design and debugging and acceptance designs.
- The average electricity consumption of each production line is only 1-1.5kw, which is 40-60% less than a traditional single-pump configuration after using the centralized vacuum system.
- Machines designed by us take up 20 to 30% less space than other regular processing equipment.
- The feed drying system ensures the continuous cooling and drying of the material, with a 30 to 50% less energy consumption than traditional hot air drying.
- Machine noise levels are less than 80dB, meeting environmental requirements. The filtering efficiency of the long material bar is higher than 98%. The machine noise we supplied is under 80dB, which meets the environmental needs.
