Application:
The 2CY series internal gear pumps have widely used to transport the heavy duty crude oil, diesel oil, lubrication oil, and any the no-corrosive chemical liquids the viscosity is less than 1500cSt,the liquid temperature is no higher than 200℃, it can be as pressure increasing pump used on the pipeline of transferring the liquids like diesel oil and others, also can be fuel pump transport the fuel, the stainless steel gears are needed when the transferred liquid has corrosivity, or nonmetal material required to make the parts of the gear pumps

Structure of 2CY series internal gear pumps
The 2CY types are internal gear pumps ,consisted of pump gears, pump body, pump shaft, and pump sealing rings, the pump gear is tempered with nitrogen treatment for harden the gears, the gears have high abrasive resistance, and the all parts of the gear pump are lubricated by the liquid transferred.
Four bearings are used in the gear pumps, and the gaps of gears are automatically adjusted by the pressure from the transferred liquids so that the pressure in the pump is uniform, no pulsing flowing during the work, the 2CY pumps have high volumetric efficiency.
