These automatic longitudinal TIG seam welding machines are mainly designed for external welds on round tanks or cylindrical metal parts.
TIG welder is able to bring a number of features, such as smoother weld seams and easy control of working height. Through TIG welding process, metal pieces can be efficiently treated by keeping its height in line with the width of weld seam.
Another characteristic of TIG welder is that it has faster processing speed comparing with other welding methods, as it reaches 350-500mm/min in usual.
Compared with plasma arc welding machine, longitudinal TIG seam welder represents more value for the customer who wants a commercial quality and easily operated welding machine at a reasonable price.
