Our servo driven inline flexo printing press can achieve 8-color printing. The printing machine adopts Baumuller’s latest servo control system from Germany with 21 servo motors in total, enabling super-fast printing speed of up to 180 meters per minute and a maximum printing width of 340 millimeters. Features
- Our label flexo printing press adopts Baumuller’s latest servo control system from Germany. Each printing unit is driven by an independent servo motor, ensuring accurate registration even at high printing speeds.
- The plate roller uses a sleeve system, making replacement easy, convenient, and quick. This design significantly improves printing quality and reduces maintenance costs.
- The plate roller is driven by bearings, making it unnecessary to adjust pressure when changing rollers. Even for special tasks, only minor pressure adjustments are needed. This makes adjusting printing or ink transfer pressure convenient and swift.
- Equipped with a standard cooling unit that allows for cutting film materials rapidly in cool temperature.
