The biggest cylinder’s bore diameter is 1,000mm. Its working pressure is 31.5MPa and the stroke range is 6,000mm.
All the cylinder seals come from international brands like SKF, NOK and Parker.
Suspension cylinder assemblies are usually installed on the frame of electric wheel dump trucks to bear loads, cushion and eliminate vibration, enabling the vehicles to run smoothly, increasing the running speed and improving the driving experience.
JC-Hydraulic now has over 500 staff and 13% of them are qualified engineers. Our company has a technology center recognized in Shanxi Province. We have taken out 16 utility model patents and one invention patent by far.
JC-Hydraulic is also backed by a team of experienced professionals, dedicated drawing software, CNC processing center and thermal treatment equipment for product designing, manufacturing and repairing. With a complete set of testing and measuring equipment, we are able to test thickness, surface roughness and hardness as well as to carry out chemical substance tests, salt fog tests and macrostructure tests.
