This control valve is a low shear valve that controls fluid flow by means of action of shear force. Through the conversion of energy to affect the fluid flow velocity, velocity gradient is decreased, and subsequently varying the size of flow path to the effect of flow control.

The low shear control valve is featured by high control accuracy, easy on-site operation and high ratio of viscosity retention.

Features

Flow path is designed with Venturi structure, efficiently preventing the liquid fluid flow from sudden changes in the flow velocity and direction when it passes through the valve. Besides, the design helps reducing the viscosity loss of the fluid during the process of valve modulation, enabling the operation effect to be highly guaranteed;
Wide adjustment range, high precision of flow characteristic curve and good dynamic stability; Capable of controlling fluid flow velocity, protecting valve trims from being eroded and greatly reducing noise level;
Tight sealing performance can be ensured under conditions of a range from low pressure to high pressure, the sealing effect is reliable even if the control valve is frequently opened and closed at high differential pressure;
