Foam Filter Pad
A foam filter pad is made of polyester and polyether foam. This industrial filter pad, designed with uniform holes (sizes range from 5 to 20PPI), is porous and resilient enough to prevent clogging and filters all sizes of matter. With an aperture rate above 97%, this filter component, especially the polyester foam filter pad, is highly resistant to oils, abrasions and corrosions. Filter pads come in black, white, yellow, or green.
Cold carbon or another cold catalyst can also be added to the HS650 polyurethane foam so the foam is also antibacterial and takes away odors, if the customer choose. We can provide inflammable filter pads.
