Activated Carbon Impregnated Foam
This activated carbon impregnated foam filter, commonly used in home appliances and ventilation systems, is made of high-performance activated carbon powder coated with polyurethane foams using polymer adhesives.
Features of Activated Carbon Impregnated Foam Filter
1. Consisting of high performing activated carbon powder, this foam filter has a high absorption capacity with its ethanethiol, benzene and trimethylamine absorption rates being higher than 90% in 30 minutes. Its Iodine absorption rates exceeds 1000mg/g;
2. This activated carbon filter effectively removes odors in the airflow;
3. This activated carbon impregnated foam filter works well in temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 130℃;
4. This foam filter has a low resistance to airflow. When the speed of the airflow reaches 1.0m/s, the pressure drop of the 4mm is 43pa, and 98pa for the 20mm;
5.This industrial air filter comes in several dimensions, with the width ranging from 3 to 25mm and diameter of the hold being 15, 20, 25, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 or 60PPI, depending on the customer's needs.
Applications of Activated Carbon Impregnated Foam Filter
1. This activated carbon impregnated foam filter is mostly used within home appliances, such as air purifiers, household air conditioners, central air conditioners, range hoods, heaters and air and conditioning fans.
