This is the fourth part of HIDELPACK-7 1 corrugated box making machine.

Fuctions

The die cutter mainly uses the wooden mould to carry on the irregular die cutting to the carton to satisfy the client's demands.

Features

The die cutter adopts independent servo drive (US Emerson), so the die cutting is high-precision. Besides it can avoid the printing ghost and ink generated by the shock in the printing process.
The pad surface can keep smooth by using anvil cover repaired device attached with liner track.
The speed compensation system keeps the speed of the rubber rollers always following the speed of the knife rollers, which makes the die cutting size more accurate.
The creasing rollers are powered by electric and the gap between the creasing rollers can be adjusted by computer settings.(The gap between the rollers can be adjusted by computer)
