The die cutter mainly uses the wooden mold to carry on the irregular die cutting to the carton, which makes the shape meets the customer's request.

Features

The corrugated box making machine adopts independent servo drive, so the die cutting is high precision. Besides, the independent servo drive can avoid the printing ghost and ink generated by the shock in the printing process.
By using threaded fixed pad repairing structure, the pad surface can keep smooth.
The speed compensation system keeps the speed of the rubber rollers always following the speed of the knife rollers, which makes the die cutting size more accurate.
There is a waste paper transport structure to quickly discharge the slotted and die cut waste paper.
The corrugated box making machine is equipped with a touch screen for easily data setting and control.
