Specialty paper machine for making filter paper and fiberglass paper

The inclined wire paper machine is utilized for the production of specialty paper. It features a dense wire configuration and is capable of processing longer fiber lengths. This enhances dehydration performance and results in better uniformity of the manufactured paper. The wire forming section's angle of inclination is adjustable between 0° and 30°. This specialty paper machine can achieve a maximum paper production rate of up to 1300g/m².

Applications

One of the unique features of the inclined wire paper machine is its adjustable wire angle, complemented by sealing devices on the sides and bottom edges of its former. This allows the inclined wire paper machine to control the drainage rate of the pulp more precisely and also facilitate efficient dehydration. This is critical when working with long and delicate fibers. We have a special leveling device designed and incorporated to the basic setup of a typical inclined wire former, to address the issue of severe fiber flocculation at low flow rates of pulp, which can result in poor uniformity of the paper sheet. These adaptations on our inclined wire paper machine for managing long fibers and maintaining high permeability makes it ideal for producing specialty paper like medical filter paper and glass fiber paper.
