TAD Tissue Machine (Through Air Drying)
The TAD (Through Air Drying) paper machine employs a non-compressive drying technology that utilizes hot and dry air. This innovative approach has fundamentally transformed the drying process of the paper sheet, resulting in rapid and uniform drying while preventing the compaction that typically occurs in conventional methods. Currently, the utilization rate of hot air circulation in TAD technology is relatively low in the market, primarily due to its high energy consumption. However, after extensive research and analysis, our company has successfully developed a multi-stage drying system and process for deep air infusion that integrates distinct management of moist and dry phases within the machine. This innovation not only enhances the efficiency of hot air circulation, but also significantly improves paper thickness, texture, and other key indicators.

- The special sealing structure enables the TAD dryer to achieve multi-stage air intake
- The wet/dry separation technology allows for the partitioning of hood sections, which effectively manages hot air circulation with improved utilization and significantly reduced steam consumption
- The hot air process is scientifically calculated to maintain a heat balance, thereby maximizing the use of heat generated by condensate in each section, resulting in a notable reduction in production costs
