Hopper loader is an essential unit used in central conveying system for plastics processing. Depending on the properties of various materials and requested processes, NHR-6U-S vacuum loader and NHR-6U-ES just-in-time loader are available per customers’ specific needs.
Vacuum loader can be placed directly on the dryer, configured with magnetic reed switch.
Just-in-time loader can be mounted directly onto feed throat of molding machine, configured with photosensor switch to accurately control material loading.
