Introduction
We offer hollow fiber film spinnerets that operate with a melt, spinning and cold stretching method (MSCS). The melt-spinning-stretching method refers to a melting extrusion of the polymer under high stress conditions. During the stretching process, the crystal structure of the polymer material opens perpendicular to the extrusion direction in order to form micropores, which are then fixed using a thermal molding process. The formation of the membrane structure using the MSCS is related to the change in the aggregation structure of hard elastic materials.
