High Speed Label Die Cutting Machine (YS-350Z)
Yongshi YS-350Z high speed flatbed die cutter adopts a flatbed die cutting press and steel rule dies to convert materials into custom shapes and designs. A photoelectric sensor is adopted to detect and track the position of fed web to ensure the cutting precision and consistency.
This flatbed die cutting machine features a servo motor driven feeder and advanced control HMI to provide a maximal die cutting speed of 300 times/min. The PLC computer auto controls all processes from material feeding, die cutting, stripping, waste removal to unwinding.
The flatbed die cutter is ideal for cutting of labels of different materials: paper, cloth, adhesive laminates, plastic/polymer films, etc. It can be paired with high-speed label printing machine, flexo printing machine, continuous screen-printing machine, gravure printing machine or anti-counterfeiting label press. The high-speed die cutter is applicable to a variety of industries including electronics, adhesive tapes, packaging, clothing, digital printing, nameplates, etc.
