- The classification grade of overhead lifting bridge cranes with grab bucket is A6, and its rated load lifting capacity is usually 5~20t.
- The banging device is the four-rope grab bucket of double winding drum, which features a simple structure and reliable operation. The grab bucket can be opened and closed at any height.
- The grab bucket is only suitable for handling bulk material in a natural accumulation state.
If it will be used to grab the material in water or special material, customers should let us know before purchase. - Overhead lifting bridge cranes with grab bucket mainly consist of four parts: box-shape bridge, grab bucket trolley, cart operating mechanism, drivers’ cab and electrical gas control system.
- Overhead lifting bridge cranes with grab bucket feature open-close mechanism and lifting mechanism. The grab bucket is suspended on the open-close mechanism and the hoisting mechanism by four wire ropes respectively. The open-close mechanism drives the grab bucket to close, so the grab bucket can grab the material. Then after the grab bucket closes, the crane will immediately activate the lifting mechanism to make the four wire ropes start the lifting operation under average loading. When uploading the materials, only the open-close mechanism is operating, the grab bucket will open immediately, then the material starts to incline. There are two opening directions of the grab bucket: the direction paralleled with main girder and the direction vertical with main girder.
- All mechanisms of the overhead lifting bridge cranes with grab bucket can be operated inside the operating cab, there are three directions that we can enter in the plate door of the cab: the fringe direction, the side direction and the top direction.
- The rated lifting capacity of overhead lifting bridge cranes with grab bucket includes the dead load of the grab bucket.
- In order to ensure safe operation, handrails and railings are installed. The height of the railings was 1050mm, and the distance between two railings was 350mm. Between the spacing are two horizontal rails, and a protective panel with a height of 70mm at the bottom. Lights were placed under the bridge, and there are also insulating rubber and door switches in the operation cab. The transmission components are all equipped with protective hoods. Every railing door is also equipped with a safety switch. At the end of the operation mechanism is a stop gear, and the slide line is set with a hook block frame.
- Overhead lifting bridge cranes with grab bucket can be used indoors as well as outdoors, but additional rain protection devices will be needed when they are used outdoors.
