The return filters are designed for fine filtration of the return oil in hydraulic systems. They can keep the return oil clean by removing the outside contaminants or progressive contamination caused by the wear of components, such as fibers, slag, rubber particles of sealing wear and metal particles of parts wear.

Features

The return filters can be directly mounted on the oil tank top or the pipeline.
This return filter is equipped with clogging indicator and bypass valve to improve the safety and reliability of the hydraulic system. Once the fluid inlet pressure turns into 0.35Mpa, which caused by the clogging of the filter element, flow pulsation or low temperature of the hydraulic fluid, the clogging indicator will send a signal for cleaning the filter element or improving the fluid temperature. If these problems haven’t been solved in time, the bypass valve will automatically open (opening pressure: 0.4MPa).
The fiberglass filter element features high filtration rating, large flow rate, low pressure drop and high dirt holding capacity. The filtration rating is rated by filtration ratio and efficiency. (ISO standard: filtration ratio β: 3, 5, 10, 20 >200; filtration efficiency n≥99.5%)
