Metal Hose (Rectangular Hose for Preventing Metal Chips)
This metal hose is a type of drag chain used for wire threading. Of a metal structure, this rectangular hose is applicable to varied metal cutting machine tool, welding machine and cutting machines and so on. It could protect the electrical circuits, water piping and steam piping from the (highly)heated metal chips and ensure security of operators.
The bellow of this metal hose is made of thin-walled seamless stainless steel pipe or longitudinally welded stainless steel plate with high-precision plastic working processes. The elasticity of the bellow’s contour decides the softness and fatigue resistance of the hose. It could effectively absorb the deformation and cyclic load. Especially, it could compensate large displacements. As this metal cable carrier is fully hermetic and highly resistant to high/low temperature and corrosion, it is comparable with fully closed type steel-aluminum drag chain and has more favorable prices. Therefore, it has become an indispensable machine tool accessory for lathe manufacturer and machinery plants.

2. Special connection type: a-c, eg. 25×50×1200-I, 25×50×1200 -AB III;
3. A floor with proper length needed be placed under the metal hose when is placed horizontally;
4. Rolling supporting devices are suggest to be mounted at certain positions to prevent the hose from bending.
