The pharma grade conical vacuum dryer is a vacuum dryer using conical heat system and central agitating shaft heat system to dry materials quickly. Besides, due to the closed design and indirect heat mode, the drying mixing tank is suitable for drying of some products with special characteristic, which is difficult to use the common drying method, like the wet crystal active component or products sensitive to mechanical force and high temperature, products easy to oxidative decompose and flammable and explosive powder or products with flammable liquid and so on.
Advantages- The dryer is conical so that it’s convenient to drain the water. It equips with fittings to spread vapor and deposit the ash produced during the drying.
- The inner mixing screw shaft can promote the mixing process with a driver outside. The screw shaft is conical so that it can decrease the mixing resistance and realize gentle processing of material to make sure the high quality of products.
- Adjustable mixing speed to accommodate all kinds of applications.
- There many kinds of shaft seals you can opt depending on your need such as the PTFE radial shaft seals, complex dynamic seals, cartridge seal or seal modules.
- Baffle: conical screw baffle to achieve circled soft mixing.
- Agitating shaft: central screw mixing shaft with heating function.
- Dust collector: with heating function and separated with the pressure washing.
- Vacuum system: modular vacuum system to recycle condensate and solvent.
- Motor: power ranging from 1.5kW to 15kW, which is suitable for explosive atmosphere.
