This automatic beer brewing equipment comes with a wide selection of capacity, from 100 to 2000L. Thus, it can be used as the beer making equipment for small scale beer factories, or a piece of commercial brewery equipment for draft beer brewing in pubs, hotels, and tourist sites.
Construction of the Beer Brewing Equipment
The draught beer equipment mainly consists of the malt crushing system, brew house, fermentation system, bright beer system, cooling system, electric control system, CIP system, water system and the connection pipes.

2. Brewhouse of the beer brewing equipment
The brew house, one of the most important parts of our beer brewing equipment, integrates mashing, boiling, lautering and whirlpool functions. It is mainly made up of the mash tun, brew kettle, lauter tun, whirlpool tank, wort pump, plate cooler, wort oxygenerator, electric control system, platform, as well as pipes and fittings. According to clients demands, we can make the brewhouse into a system with two, three, four or five vessels.
Heating method: electric heating, steam heating, gas heating.
Capacity: 100L, 300L, 500L, 1000L, 2000L
3. Fermentation system of the beer brewing equipment
The fermentation process includes pre-fermentation and fermentation. The pre-fermentation tank is also called open fermentation tank. The fermentation tank is a kind of cylindroconical vessel.
Dimple jacketed cylindroconical fermentation tank
The fermentation tank, with conical bottom and a cylindrical body, is a piece of major equipment of our beer brewing equipment. It is suitable for the small scale beer manufacturers, especially for draft beer brewing in pubs, hotels and tourist resorts.
After filtration and inoculated with yeast for fermentation, the cold wort is delivered to the fermentation tank via the inlet.
The heat generated during the fermentation is taken away through refrigerant in the jacket, which allows for stable fermentative process. The wort temperature, yeast quantity, fermentation time are subject to the fermentation process requirement.
The working temperature inside the tank is 2~15℃, and the working pressure on the top of the tank is 0.1MPa.
When the wort fermenting liquor reach the technological requirement, the sediment yeast is discharged first and then the fermentation liquor. After emptying the fermenting liquor, the tanks need to be cleaned completely for next beer making process.
The system uses ethylene glycol as refrigerant to perform heat exchanging in the dimple jacket.
4. Bright beer system of the beer brewing equipment
Bright beer tank has elliptical bottom or cone bottom. It is the main equipment before beer packing.
It is used to store the beer after filtration, The working temperature inside the tank is 2~4℃, and the working pressure on the top of the tank is 0.2~0.3MPa. Brewers should completely clean the tank for next process after the tank is emptied.
