Tips for Use

For the first time use, the grill mesh can be washed by hand or in dishwasher machine;
Before start grilling, coat a thin layer of olive oil or edible oil onto the grill mesh to prevent food from sticking;
After being used in baking oven, let the grill mesh cool down before soaking into soapy water, this keeps the mesh from being deformed;
To remove stubborn food scraps, it is possible to place the grill mesh upside down in warm water with some dish detergent to soak no less than 2 hours or overnight;
Do not put it in microwave;
Do not use at temperatures above 575°F (302°C);
After barbecuing, it is simply to wipe off food leftover with water and drops of detergent, and then leave it to air dry;
