Jinfan has developed CG series pipe hammer tool to meet the demand of developing anchorage techniques used for construction of deep based pits and side slopes. The toll is composed of QCW series DTH hammer, air leg, and support, etc. It can hammer Φ30 - Φ60 mm anchor pipe into designed depth.
Due to the air leg which functions to support and feed the hammer, the pipe hammer tool can effectively counteract the counterforce and is an ideal solution to reduce labor strength.It can hammer long anchor pipes, thus raising pipe-hammering speed. It has also other features such as reliable supporting performance, convenient operation and good mobility. Anchor pipe clamp designed meticulously can hold anchor bar reliably at high speed, which helps ensure effective power transfer.
