Functions and Characteristics

Our tube filling and sealing machine adopts programmable logic controller and full color industrial touch screen to make the operation programmed. Also, it can complete the fully automatic work for ointments, creams, gels and viscous fluids.
According to different materials and molding requirements, this device provides 12 stations for option. In accordance with distinct length of soft pipe, we can conveniently adjust the height of its silo by motor. Also, it is convenient and accurate to adjust the filling volume on the touch screen.
Due to the integration of light, electricity and gas, this tube filling and sealing machine can realize no filling without pipe. In the pipe, it adopts three layers of instantaneous heater with no damage to the gel mould. Moreover, our equipment offers automatic display, alarm function as well as auto kinetic shutdown function, and it can also automatically accomplish the whole process, including pipe supply, benchmarking, washing internal soft pipe for option, filling, sealing, coding and the derivation of finished products.
