Designed for the heat treatment of black liquor, the deactivation system is the process of heating the black liquor to a certain temperature for heat preservation. This process can reduce the viscosity of black liquor and reduce the solubility of calcium and silicate.
The vapor recovery is used for heating black liquor before deactivation. Black liquor after deactivation is cooled by flash evaporation. This deactivation system is widely used for the treatment of chemical pulping and papermaking black liquor.
