Low Temperature Vacuum Fryer
Vacuum oil frying (VF) technology is a process that dehydrates food products at low temperatures and a vacuum pressure below or equal to -0.09Mpa. This technology is different from deep frying in a normal atmosphere at high temperatures. The food processed by VF technology is delicious and has high added value since it well maintains its natural flavor and nutrition.
The fundamental principle of VF is that under negative pressure, the boiling point of moisture in food is reduced and food can be dehydrated in a short time. As the heating medium for dehydration, edible oil also avoids oxidation during dehydration and improves the quality of the food.
