NCM-600
Sheet metal coil straightening machine used in steel door frame production line
NCM-600 steel coil straightener utilizes roller extrusion to flatten the coil material. It uses hydraulic punching to achieve cut-to-length processing of various steel and stainless steel coils for door frame fabrication. It can be customized to cut to specific lengths according to requirements. One person can operate multiple machines simultaneously, and the flattening speed can reach up to 8m/min.

Uncoiler (Optional)
1.Uncoiler has a maximum loading capacity of 5 tons.
2.It is secured in place using a hand-crank locking and buckle fixation method to prevent coil slip. -
Machine Frame
1.The straightening part is made of Q235 steel plate through one-time cutting, and then processed by CNC gantry milling.
2.A 12mm thick steel plate is added between the straightening part and the lower machine frame to ensure the horizontality of straightening.
3.A 25mm thick steel plate is added between the cutting unit and the lower machine frame to ensure smooth cutting. -
Straightener (Sheet Leveler)
17 straightening rolls are adopted, with 8 top rolls and 9 bottom rolls.
The straightening operation can be adjusted up and down as needed, suitable for coils of various thicknesses. -
Transmission Device
A vertical reducer (motor/reducer combined) is used to drive the gear transmission structure, providing stable power output and a lightweight structure that does not occupy too much space. -
Cutting Unit
1.The cutting tool is made of Cr12Mov material.
2.The blade is designed with a slanting edge to minimize shearing resistance.
3.Hydraulic pressure is used for cutting, providing strong punching force, smooth cutting surface without burrs, fast cutting speed, and low noise. -
Electrical Control System
The entire machine adopts a PLC control system, allowing for customizing the cutting length and quantity. -
Discharge Rack (Optional)
An optional discharge table can be selected to automatically receive the materials after cutting, facilitating the unloading of the finished door frame.
The discharge table is equipped with a height adjustment device for adjusting the height as needed.
