Roll forming line for producing metal door frames with sheet thickness of 0.6 to 1.8mm

NCM-400 steel door frame roll forming machine can be used for forming various types of steel and stainless steel door frames, and can process metal sheets with a thickness range of 0.6~1.8mm and a width range of 100mm~400mm into various specifications and shapes of door frames according to length and cross-section requirements. This roll forming line comes with a production speed of 0-10m/min. The door frame roll forming machine can be operated by a single person and, combined with a free combination cutting method, one machine can complete the production of a whole set of door frames.

    1.Standard uncoiler has a maximum loading capacity of 5 tons.
    2.It is secured in place using a hand-crank locking and buckle fixation method to prevent coil slippage.
  • Main Frame
    The roll forming station is made of Q235 large plate, cut and formed in one step, and processed by CNC gantry milling.
    A 12mm thick steel plate is laid between the forming station and the base frame to ensure the levelness of the forming station.
    The main frame adopts a segmented structure, convenient for transportation, and there are dedicated connecting fittings between segments.
  • Roll Forming Unit
    Front curved feed guide system allows for adjustable feed width to ensure stable and non-deviating material feed for the roll forming process.
    The roll forming shaft is made of 40Cr after quenching and tempering, and processed by CNC lathe to precisely match the roll forming mold, ensuring the horizontal alignment of the roll forming and reducing fluctuations during the stretching process.
    After roll forming, it will be adjusted by a dedicated correction device to ensure precise shaping of the door frame profile.
  • Transmission Device
    The transmission adopts a motor gearbox bevel gear structure, which operates smoothly and has low noise.
    Independent modules offer easy maintenance and replacement.
  • Shearing Machine
    Hydraulic cutting method is used for forming the door frame section.
    Cutting tools are made of Cr12Mov material;
    Straight cutter (mainly used for flat cutting of door frame sections) or step knife (simultaneously completes the cutting of door frame sections and direct cutting for tab connection) can be freely combined according to section requirements, one machine can produce different cross sections of the same frame type.
    Hydraulic shearing method offers greater cutting force and burr-free cutting surface.
  • Discharge Table (Standard Configuration)
    The discharge table automatically collects materials after cutting.
    It is equipped with height adjustment device for height adjustment as needed.
  • Electrical Control System
    1.Optional selection of Siemens/Delta/Mitsubishi, etc. according to needs.
    2. The production process can independently produce metal door frames in batches, or alternately produce complete sets of door frames.
  • Cooling Device
    Uniformly distributed cooling water outlets next to the roll forming unit, each outlet is equipped with an independent switch for self-control according to needs.
    The machine frame is equipped with a return water system that can autonomously return water to the tank, allowing for the recycling of cooling water.
