Ball Mill
The ball mill is a mineral processing machine that mills crushed material into powder. It is widely used in the production of wet or dry cement, silicate products, building materials, fireproof materials, fertilizers, glass, and ceramics as well as in nonferrous and ferrous metal processing industries.
Features
The ball mill is made up of a feed system, discharging system, gyre, and transmission system which includes a reducer, small transmission gear, generator and electrical control. The milling machine features an impact-resistant and stable structure and reliable operation. The inner structure is made up of a lining plate, grate plate, diaphragm, feed system and discharging devices. The lining plate, provided by Luoyang Anti-Abrasion Academe, protects the tank body from impact and abrasion. Different types of lining plates can be used to adjust the material's movement.
Working Principle
The industrial mining equipment has a horizontal, cylindrical and tubular structure with two chambers. Materials are evenly fed through to the first chamber where corrugated and stepped scale boards and steel balls of different specifications grind material when the cylinder is rotated. Materials are then fed into the ball mill’s second chamber for refined milling until the material is dispensed in powder form.
