REALY offers PCBN turning tools classified into BNC9501, containing a 90-95% PCBN content, and grain size of about 4μm-12μm. Each layer is sintered on the entire surface. We offer size different round composite insert types for customers to choose from:
φ45*3.0 φ45*2.0 φ31*3.0 φ19*4.76 φ13.3*4.76 φ13.3*3.0.
We are also capable of setting composite insert heads after cutting on standard cemented carbide insert bases according to customer needs.
ApplicationThese inserts are often used in the high speed machining of common gray cast iron, and processing a number of parts within the automotive industry, including the engine cylinder block and cylinder head.
