Explanation
The bulk material handling stacking conveyor is a highly efficient type of continuous loading and unloading machinery that is primarily used for loading and unloading of bulk materials in cargo terminals, steel plants, thermal power plants, mines, and other locations. The project was designed by EMS-TECH, Canada, with the cantilever of the conveyor being 55 meters long. The drawings were refined and examined by our technicians, then we were subsequently responsible for the production after buying the steel and other raw materials needed. We use subsection manufacturing in the machining process, during which the bucket wheel, counterweight beam, luffing mechanism, trail car, cart, balance truss and mechanical axis pin were purchased by Wuxi SDHM. After manufacturing, the conveyor was delivered to the customer for examination and acceptance, then transported to Canada for site installation. This specific conveyor is suitable for working environments as cold as -20 Celsius.

Explanation
The bulk material handling stacking conveyor was designed by EMS-TECH, then machined and manufactured by us here at Wuxi SDHM. After testing and assembly, it was delivered to the customer for installation and debugging at KPC Wharf in Indonesia. The project included a 7500t/h reclaimer and a 6000t/h stacker, among which the bucket wheel, counterweight beam, luffing mechanism, trail car, cart, balance truss, and mechanical axis pin were all manufactured by Wuxi SDHM.
