Explanation
The radial bulk stacking conveyor was designed by DEMUTH company for a Brazilian pulping plant, in order to transport raw wood (after it has been cut into blocks) to the conveyor, then to the sawdust yard. The conveying efficiency is 500t/h.
Structure details
The helical blade is made of SS316 stainless steel, and the middle conveyor shaft is coated with an outer SS316 stainless steel layer. In addition, the inner lining of the equipment shell uses an SS316 stainless steel lining plate. The manufacturing process of the project was complex, and we were responsible for purchasing raw materials, refining the customer's drawings and completing the production.
