Explanation
This large pneumatic ship unloader was designed by NEUERO, Germany for installation on the Press Metal Bintulu coastline dock. This ship unloader can walk along the coastline using the track, handing out alumina powder material from the cabin, which is then transported to the hopper through the use of a dock belt conveyance system, or directly bagged and carried away by truck.
SDHM Heavy Machinery was responsible for the production of the equipment structure and mechanical parts. The drive and electro-hydraulic control parts were provided b NEUERO and assembled at SDHM's factory. After testing the assembly at the factory, it was disassembled and shipped to the customer's chosen location.
One set of 500t/h unloading bulk stacking conveyors was shipped from the factory in March of 2015, and 2 sets of unloading bulk stacking conveyors were shipped from the factory in December of 2017.
