The GS-26-F-M fully automatic CNC double end mortiser and tenoner is used in slot mortising and tenoning processes in the production of dining tables and chairs, beds, doorframes and other furniture.
This equipment can simultaneously mortise and tenon on the both ends. By combining the two functions, this integrated machine is a solution for processing mortise & tenon joints. The fully automatic CNC operation features up to 200 sets of saved product data and one-key debugging function, thereby increasing the efficiency up to 3 pieces of timber/minute.

- The automatic loading and unloading function features a high degree of automation, saving manufacturing costs.
- Users can set the tenon and slot positions using the hand wheel, and save the parameters on screen. The machine will then automatically process the wood.
- You can save 200 sets of product data when you have debugged the tenon and slot position. The one-key debugging function makes it easy to operate

- The high-quality servo motor, actuator and well-set circuit c ensure the system works smoothly and stably.
- Please turn on the machine, then debug and save the mechanical parameters on the screen.
- Debug the loading position, cutter position and sample position.
- Place the sample that needs to be debugged at the loading position, then activate the manual mode on the touch screen. Operate the ahnd wheel, and manually carry out double end slot mortising and tenoning.
- After completing and confirming the processes in manual mode, you can activate the automatic mode on the touch screen.
- Place the timbers at the loading position, then press the start button.
